Flood Relief Offering Results
After the flash flooding disasters in Kerrville, Texas and New Mexico in early July, CPC’s Mission Board approved a special offering to be collected through the months of July and August. We’re thrilled with the generous outpouring of support; we received $1,250 in congregational donations! This was matched by CPC’s Restricted Mission Fund for a total contribution of $2,500. Well done, church!
The funds were disbursed and sent to the UCC Disaster Ministries where they will be used by local disaster response coordinators to do the most good. You can follow more about how the UCC responds to disaster at this link.
