Soup & Bread Lenten Suppers
Join Us on Wednesdays in Lent for Fellowship and Food
Our Lenten Soup and Bread Suppers return this year beginning on Wednesday, February 25th, and continue every Wednesday evening through March 25th in the Social Hall. For those who are willing to host our meals (providing soup, bread) or serve as clean up crew for an evening, a signup with more information is available here.
How it works: Doors open at 6pm. At 6:15pm, we will circle up, share joys and concerns, thank our hosts, and bless the food. We will celebrate the blessings of God’s faithful provision of all we need as we share fellowship and a simple meal of soup and bread.
We welcome newcomers, children and everyone else to share in the joy of these meals. No registration is required to eat, just show up! There will be an optional Lenten Study, The Difficult Words of Jesus, following the meal each week beginning at 7pm.
